Rattlesnake Round Up
June 12 & 13, 2010
12 Miles South of Wellsboro

* Saturday, June 12, 2010 8 am - 10 am - Breakfast Served
* 8 am - Registration for Snake Hunting Begins
* 8 am - One-Pitch Softball Tournament
* 8 am - Volleyball Tournament in Gym
* 10 am - FLEA MARKETS-many are handcrafted items !
* 10 am - 2 pm - Harold Benjamin & the Country Boys
* 11 am - Chicken BBQ
* 12 noon - Kids Snake Hunt-Rubber Snakes
* 12 noon - 50/50 Bingo
* 2:30 - 3:30 pm - Rattlesnake Lecture
* 5 pm - Snake Hunting Competition Ends/Awards!
* 4 pm - 9 pm - Burning Hills Band
* Dark - Fireworks

We attend Morris Rattlesnake Round-up every year for several years now. Coming from Lebanon, Pa. it makes us feel good to see how such a small community gathers to help the Fire Department. We look forward to it each year. Very well organized. Thank you Morris Fire Dept. & everyone associated with the round-up.

Join us for a community worship service at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 14, in the Fireman's gymnasium. This is new this year, so we are hoping for a good turnout.

I was born on June 8th, 1963. On that day, my father caught the largest snake and the most snakes for the hunt. I would like to know if there are any pictures of the competition at Morris that day.

Hi Carla,

I have to admit Carla, I wouldn't be one of the people entering the Rattlesnake hunt. I do love seeing the photo's you submitted and all the crafts and especially the beautiful lake.

I'm wondering if the 2011 Rattlesnake Round-up is this coming weekend, which would be June 17th through Father's Day. I hope it wasn't last weekend and the event is over for 2011.
