On Janesville pike, I dont know how long ago it was, but Silvia and her husband had just gotten married and the car wrecked. She was decapitated and her husbands body was never found. So if you flick your headlights and yell her name, you shouild see her looking for her husband in her wedding dress.

Back when I was a senior in high school, late 90's, my friends and I tried this. We didn't see anything but we were pretty spooked. This is a really creepy road, especially at night. I travel this road now everyday to and from work. I'm thinking I need to try this again!

The story of Silvia and her husband is really frightening. After reading the story of this lady, I am afraid to drive alone through Janesville pike. I hope that the story is not true. Could you please confirm if it is true?

Hi Jenn,

I travel the Janesville Pike a couple of times a year and I've heard there is someone or something haunting that old road but this is the first time I've actually heard a legend. I know there have been many horrible accidents on that road and lots of lives lost.
