Knobels Grove & more

I am now all grown up with 3 little ones of my own, & reside in Nebraska. But I grew up in Pennsylvania & remember lots of fond memories but loved going to Knobel's grove. The sights, sounds, & smells are a pure pleasure! All the tall trees & yummy food!

Our little ones are 7, 5 & 3 we are planning a trip this summer to visit Pennsylvania here are all the places I can't wait to share with them.

* Halfway damn

* Penn's cave

* Hershey

* Gettysburg

* Halifax

* All the pretty mountain scenery

* Amish farms

* Great food

Hi Rachael,

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful memories of Pennsylvania. It sounds to me like you're a bit homesick. :) Once a Pennsylvanian always a Pennsylvanian. The trip this summer will do you a lot of good and how wonderful it will be for you to share all your memories with your children. I hope you are able to take your time and visit all the places you have listed (some I don't even know about). I also hope you take some time and look over my website to refresh your memory and also find some places you may have either forgotten about or may be new to you too.
