Join other women for the annual women's winter retreat at the Self Discovery Wellness Arts Center in Montrose. From 10:00am to 4:00pm, you will experience an enjoyable blend of relaxation and revitalization practices, including gentle yoga, centering breathing, guided visualizations and goal setting, labyrinth walk for releasing and visioning, Reiki healing, sharing & connecting. Includes a vegetarian luncheon. Paid reservations due by February 14th.
