It is rare to get hold of the old photographs like these, which I think won’t even be having with the archives of the news agencies in the state. Don’t lose these photographs which have a great value.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for sharing that old picture of the flooding in Altoona. That's such a unique creek that runs through Altoona, I notice it anytime I'm coming down Mill Run. Or when I use to go to Wissingers. I often wondered if there was ever a flooding problem with that creek. That did some real damage. Of course that was way before our time. ha!
